New Orleans East has been repeatedly disappointed by unfulfilled promises. Our community has long faced a challenging environment with an acute shortage of retail establishments, restaurants, grocery stores, and essential services. We are a vibrant, hopeful community ready for change and determined to create a positive development that will support and revitalize our area.

To address this, we propose the creation of a digital billboard along the North I-10 Service Road between Wright Road and the Farrar Canal. This locale holds significant potential being a prime spot for a Mixed-Use Development aimed to benefit our entire community. However, we've struggled to attract retail and service establishments necessary for the development to thrive.

A digital billboard will serve as a strategic tool to generate much-needed revenue and awareness for our project's growth.
